Before joining the Alytic team, she was the HR Manager of Volue Insight and Wattsight.

Kari-Anne brings extensive experience in strategic and operational HR, leadership development, change management and recruitment.

She holds a Cand. Polit in Counselling and Guidance, and a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, both from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. She is also educated in Conflict Management and Mediation from Diakonhjemmet University College.
