Alytic comprises senior staff with extensive experience within technology, data analytics, business development and human resources. All serve as resources for developing portfolio companies and evaluating new acquisitions.

Kari-Anne Slaaen is the former HR Manager of Volue Insight and Wattsight. She played a vital part in the merger of the four companies that make up Volue, with regards to building a common culture across competencies, geographies, and markets.

Kari-Anne holds a Cand. Polit in Counselling and Guidance, and a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, both from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. In addition, she holds a degree in Conflict Management and Mediation from Diakonhjemmet University College.

At Alytic, Kari-Anne will work strategically and operationally with people and culture, both in Alytic and in existing and new portfolio companies. She will also be a HR resource for the AFK Parent Company.
